There’s nothing better than crushing your enemies and seeing them driven before you, and Genghis Kahn on the Genesis provides an excellent strategy experience for would-be world conquerors. Manage resources and public opinion, and drive your hordes forth to victory! All that’s missing is the lamentation of the women.

Incredible Crash Dummies (Game Gear)
Licensed games are often bad, and when they’re little more than a collection of mini games, they can quickly lose whatever charm their license held. Incredible Crash Dummies is a perfect example of a licensed title that offers only brief entertainment and becomes too repetitive too quickly. What’s there is not actually bad; it’s just that there’s just not enough of it.
Hands-On: Sonic Lost World (Wii U)
In 2013, Sonic returned for another adventure that many hoped would help erase his prior 3D history. Sonic Lost World on the Wii U is a step in the right direction, though it takes a little time to appreciate. It’s not perfect by any means, but there’s enough meat on the bone to make this one 3D Sonic game worth checking out.
Fun ‘N’ Games
With mini games and both music and painting editors, Fun ‘N Games had potential to be a unique title on the Genesis. It fails to hit the mark, but there’s still enough here to keep the little ones entertained for a while. It’s diverse enough to be worth a look, and parents just might find themselves having fun making some music!
Surf Ninjas
Developed in tandem with the movie, the Game Gear Surf Ninjas game is recognized for being the first tie-in release completed before its license. That’s about all it has going for it though, as stiff and repetitive gameplay and bland design bring it down almost the level of the movie.
