A legend returns…well, sort of. Pitfall Harry has been kidnapped, and it’s up to his son to save him. Activision brought the franchise back in a big way when they released Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure for all a multitude of systems.

After Burner III
Nothing is more depressing than seeing a beloved franchise take a hit in the family jewels. Such was the case with After Burner III, a game that ignited its thrusters to make a mach 3 jump from awesome to “just plain sucks.” Take a deep breath, leave your expectations at the door, and head on in to our full review.
Mansion of Hidden Souls
There isn’t much to say about FMV games, except that a few were halfway decent. Among all the standard “press here and watch what happens” titles, one stood out as an interesting use of the medium. Mansion of Hidden Souls showed that there was some merit to the technology, and it set the stage for later CG adventures like D and Enemy Zero.
Pagemaster
Disney is well known for their great Genesis platformers, but they weren’t the only one with such skills. Believe it or not, Probe Software came remarkably close with their movie tie-in The Pagemaster.
Adventures of Willy Beamish
